I cannot recommend Daniel highly enough. We have used him many times – once when we had water pouring through the ceiling from a leaking waste pipe in a shower and also when our radiator in the bay window sprung a leak and had to be replaced. He has also replaced various taps that have leaked and other leaks in the ceiling. Daniel did a great job fitting a new boiler in quite a challenging domestic environment. The old boiler and flue arrangement created obstacles which he overcame. He also managed to fit the new boiler in a very tight cupboard in a brand new utility room without creating any visible signs. He then encountered several issues which not of his doing but were a legacy of the old system. He stuck to getting the job done returning to ensure everything was done properly. We now have a working system and a warm house throughout which we never had before. Daniel was respectful and courteous. Highly recommended.

I was really stressed about a serious leak in my shower that had caused a lot of damage, but D. E. F Groups services put my mind at ease. Daniel is the best tradesperson I’ve ever dealt with for several reasons.

1. He’s on time and communicative.

2. If he doesn’t know how to fix the problem, he searches for a solution and always comes through. A lot of people just shrug, say it can’t be done and then send you an invoice for their time.

3. He has great attention to detail. There’s a distinct difference between someone who will fix your tap and someone who will fix your tap and put it back in a way that was even more symmetrical than before. Daniel does the latter.

4. He’s just a friendly, polite and nice guy. Whilst not strictly necessary, it just makes the experience a million times better.

5. Daniel is also the European Brazilian Jiu Jitsu champion. I hugged him once he finished installing my lights and there was no give in his body whatsover. Pure muscle. Which makes a lot of sense given I saw him pick up my washing machine with one hand. No joke. This may also be irrelevant, but perhaps if you’re a single mother, you might want to break some stuff in your place so he can come fix it.

He helped me out with both plumbing and electrical work and was able to install a Philips Hue system in my entire flat (involving ensuring the system had constant power). He successfully did the same thing at my neighbour’s place as well.

Daniel is an exceptional electrician – one the most professional, respectful and diligent I have ever come across. We had an urgent job at our home with a mystery fault causing our fuse box to keep tripping. It put our boiler and oven out of action three days before Xmas. Daniel fitted us in at short notice, came after a long day and was here well into late evening, testing and retesting circuits and sockets throughout the home, until he finally isolated what the causing the RCD to keep tripping and was able to restore us to full power.
